This concept is the brainchild of Francesco Burnazzi, who’s dream was to bring piadina to Southern California. Partnering with the established and experienced restauranteurs of Ambrogio 15 and the creativity of Lauren Turton, these three ingredients created the perfect recipe for a new and unique experience.
